User Accounts
Account Creation

One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts is prohibited.
Membership
Membership Levels

Payment Terms
- Paid memberships are billed annually unless otherwise specified
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of membership
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.
User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Code of Ethics
Rod & Gun Legacy members are expected to uphold ethical standards in all land-related activities, respect property rights, and act with integrity toward landowners, wildlife, and fellow members.
Content & Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on our Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials—is the property of Rod & Gun Legacy or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
By posting content to our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting our Services.
Trademarks
"Rod & Gun Legacy," "Legacy Scout," "LeaseScout," "LandYield," "HarvestPoint," "Legacy Outfitter," "Legacy Land Bank," and associated logos are trademarks of Rod & Gun Legacy, LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Land Listings & Transactions
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any land listing. All listings are provided for informational purposes only.
Third-Party Transactions
Rod & Gun Legacy is not a party to any transaction between users, including land purchases, leases, or other agreements. We do not broker real estate transactions and are not responsible for the conduct of any user.
Due Diligence
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any land-related transaction. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals including real estate attorneys, surveyors, and financial advisors.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our Services.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROD & GUN LEGACY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
- Your account and associated data may be deleted
- Any amounts owed to us become immediately due
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against Rod & Gun Legacy.
